今天上午在跟某人聊天,一边听讲,一边看我自己的东西。
忽然看定制的E-mail中有篇文章,是2014年2月刚刚才发表的。虽然跟技术相关度不大,但仍发出来共享。

摘要:
The athlete biological passport for the fight against doping is currently based on longitudinal monitoring for abnormal changes in cellular blood parameters. Serum parameters related to altered erythropoiesis could be considered for inclusion in the passport. The aim of this study was to quantify the changes in such parameters in athletes during a period of intense exercise.12 highly trained cyclists tapered for 3 days before 6 days of simulated intense stage racing. Morning and afternoon blood samples were taken on most days and analysed for total protein, albumin, soluble transferrin receptor and ferritin concentrations. Plasma volume was determined via total haemoglobin mass measured by carbon-monoxide rebreathing. Percent changes in means from baseline and percent standard errors of measurement (analytical error plus intra-athlete variation) on each measurement occasion were estimated with mixed linear modelling of log-transformed measures.Means of all variables changed substantially in the days following the onset of racing, ranging from -13% (haemoglobin concentration) to +27% (ferritin). After the second day, errors of measurement were generally twice those at baseline.Plasma variables were affected by heavy exercise, either because of changes in plasma volume (total protein, albumin, haemoglobin), acute phase/inflammatory reactions (ferritin) or both (soluble transferrin receptor). These effects need to be taken into consideration when integrating a plasma parameter into the biological passport model for athletes.

美国UIUC的老朱(天朝人士)在那里当波导(手机中的战斗机),而且是这个刊物的重点Reviewer。同时,我印象中此刊既属于SCI,也属于SSCI…

这个家伙当年很简单的一个东西,发表了之后很多车队竞相效仿!而且后来影响到Polar和Suunto蛮多产品的设计理念…当时作为大陆、港台高校专业专题讨论的时,我还小,还不懂,但这么个小东西仍然给了挺多人蛮大的shock!
现在不是很多人都用心率监控单车运动的强度、机能恢复情况以及制定训练计划么?这里头东西多了呢。
强烈建议仔仔细细读一读这家伙的下边这项研究,简单而有创意。若能结合诸位自身特点,把这个相对科学的过程用到自己身上,可能真的会收益良多啊!至少不会有神马害处,这个我把握还是比较大的。至于其他,想起一句话,您所知道的东西越多,您所能肯定的东西就越少。不是么?

摘要:The aim of the present investigation was to evaluate the heart rate response of 8 professional cyclists (26+/-3 yr; 68.9+/-5.2 kg; VO2max: 74.0+/-5.8 ml x kg(-1) x min(-1)) during the 3-week Tour de France as an indicator of exercise intensity. Subjects wore a heart rate telemeter during 22 competition stages and recorded data were analysed using computer software. Two reference heart rates (corresponding to the first and second ventilatory thresholds or VT1 and VT2) were used to establish three levels of exercise intensity defined as phases I (<VT1), II (VT1 -VT2) and III (<VT2). The average total time spent by each subject in each of the 3 phases respectively was approximately 71, 23 and 8 h. The relative contributions of each phase were 70, 23 and 7%. The percentage relative contribution of each phase was significantly different (p<0.01) in each of the competition stages (time trials, flat stages, "high-mountain" stages and "medium-mountain" stages). Exercise intensity was particularly high during the time trials and high mountain stages. It may be concluded that during an endurance event such as the Tour de France, although the overall contribution of moderate (VT1 to VT2) or high intensity exercise (>VT2) is substantially lower than that of light, aerobic exercise (<VT1), a clear distinction must be made between the different type of stages (i.e. easy, flat parcours vs mountain stages or time trials) and the role of each cyclist in the team must be also considered.
注:这里边可能涉及到一些术语,比如最大摄氧量,通气阈,乳酸阈等术语,虽然有可能不太准确,但自己搜搜应能解决。
像exercise protocol这种东西可以自己设计的,不论你水平多高(哪怕是Lance Armstrong,视频我这里有的),一定可以设计一个方案让你在10~15 min内挂掉——所谓的达到力竭(exhausted)“彻底崩溃”,而心脏、血管、肌肉的负荷也处于你想训练、冲击的水平。所谓“超量恢复”的概念已经受到越来越多的冲击,所有有些训练方法也在随之而改变。当然,竞技和健身标准不同,但科学原理相通。
